Meme: 5 Favorite Posts
March 15, 2007Carey(Ideas in Pink) tagged me with another meme.This meme is qute special coz she made it herself. This one is a product of her hard work(char) and imaginings so I want to make a good job of it 
Here are the rules:
1. Choose five blogs randomly from your blogroll.
2. For each blog, choose at least one entry (you could add more) which is your favorite post by this blogger.
3. Include a link to this post and explain why you like it.
4. The chosen five bloggers are considered tagged and they will also have to do the same in their blogs.
OK,so even if I can’t tag Carey back I want babble a bit about her and some of my fave post from her blog coz she’s one of my fave blogmate :-) not because she tagged me w/ this meme but because I really like her writing style. Her post are really poignant and emits good vibes. I’m sick of dark and emo blogs coz mine is already one so I’m drawn to happy and positive blogs. Posts like The Irony of Sunsets and Letters from the big me are samples.
So on w/ the meme. I chose those from my blog roll that i haven't tagged before so guys spread the love,
1. Eulogy to sister by Kendi(Gone barefoot)
This post weirded me out at first because who would write a eulogy to a living person but then I later learned the story behind and I was touched with the gesture of friendship.
I also like Papayakins which shows how we have the capacity to turn ordinary things to something magical.
2. A letter to Ayanna by Alvin(Planet Alvin)
This is a post/letter to someone who made his heart beat, I’m pretty sure there a lot of us who would’ve love to trade places with the girl. This post reminds us that loving someone means completely letting go and allowing oneself to just succumb to the fall despite the possibility of getting hurt.
3. Blame it on the moon by Cheska(Patcheska says)
I am a lunatic so I’m a big fan of the moon. The moon can really make us to a lot of things including writing a whimsical post like cheska did.
4. Celebrities of my life by Abaniko(The Shadow of Abaniko)
I had a laugh with this post! It made me reminisce on those pinoy actors I grew up watching. Those days idolizing Lito Lapid and Dante Barona and hating those contrabidas like Bomber Moran and Dick Israel.LOLS
5. From the bottom of my broken brain a.k.a. deep thoughts by Zarine(Life Tales)
Zarine must have really done some hard core introspection to come up with something like this. I’m always impressed with people who aren’t afraid to go through painstaking journey towards self discovery like this post shows.

hehehe… another meme? murag wala na uy… kana ra man akong nahuna-hunaan. di baya lalim to come up with one…. i had the draft staying in my computer for a month na before i gave it a go. hehehe…. maybe you can come up with one though.
