Dog Beds

August 28, 2007

Gone were the days when pet dogs used to sleep on the floor or rug and eat scrap foods. Pets now are given equal comforts that humans enjoy. This is because owners have recognized the value of their pet and the source of joy they bring. They now treat pets as part of their family. An example of these comforts are the dog beds. The dog bed unlike other accessories provided to dogs is not just for aesthetic purposes but for wellness of our beloved dogs just like this orthopedic bed. This bed is intended for the purpose of protecting the musculoskeletal system of our dogs. After looking at the beds available at ohmydogsupplies.com I am now torn between this cute bumper bed and the no nonsense orthopedic bed for the youngest of our pet dogs, Tyra. The cute bumper bed is really colorful and I think she could also play with it but I’m not sure if she will be comfortable with it compared with the orthopedic bed. Sigh, comfort or style? Well I’m pretty sure both comfort and style can be found in one bed so I’ll browse some more and think about it. So those dog lovers check the ohmydogsupplies.com. and avail of their discounts.

Heroes is coming

It's almost September and i'm only twenty seven days away from the second season of Heroes. My I think i'm more excited about the show than Christmas :-D It's just that our theories will now be put to test. We will finally know what happened to Peter and Nathan and most especially to Hiro who traveled back to the past. Here's the trailer for the second season:

Garage Flooring

August 22, 2007

Our garage floor is concrete and has no tiles yet. My father is considering what tiles to install. I told him to try the silver diamond and ivory diamond checkered garage flooring combination available from carguygarage.com. I think it would really look good in our garage .I think the combination looks neat and would place an illusion of organization to our garage despite it’s oftentimes topsy turvy state.

So near yet so far

I still haven't gotten over Josh Hartnett, esp. when I saw this photo of Josh and the driver. He was just a few inches away yet we didn't had a clear shot of him except for his airline ticket  and a video which is blurred. It’s really pathetic L The next time a Hollywood star will come to town, I'd be prepared :-)

Sell your leads

August 18, 2007

Pursuing a degree course in MBA has made me realize the intricacies of running your own business or holding a managerial position in a corporation. One of my teachers impressed in me that a good leader should manage people and not materials, money, information. A good leader should focus his time on innovations and not on the nitty gritty side of the business. Luckily there are softwares available to aid management. The new and improved AIMPromote Lead Management CRM Software is one of those. It offers lead aggregation companies the ability to manage and run their entire business from this said software. This software can do a lot of things. It can manage selling of any type of leads, accounting and run reports. Lead management by theory can be considered the connectivity between advertising and customer relationship management that’s why many managers employ such technique. Selling leads is an important part of the selling process. It is considered the beginning of the said process Nowadays leads can be managed and bought online. Most software only offers managing of leads and not actually selling it. That’s what makes the AIMPromote Lead Management CRM Software unique because it allows the account holder to sell leads before, after, or instead of making a sale themselves.

A Eulogy for Hedwig

August 16, 2007

I just finished reading HP7 for the second time, at a liesurely pace this time. I realized that I forgot to mention the death of Harry's beloved owl in my post about the book. I want to make it up to Hedwig by making a post solely about her.

She has been such a sweet and efficient owl. She was the only companion to Harry during his torturous stay at the Dursley. She allowed Harry to keep in touch with his friends and with the wizarding community. It really saddened me when she got killed by a killing curse by a death eater. It saddened me more when she wasn't even given a proper burial. Her body exploded midair when Harry reluctantly cast a spell on the side car of Sirius motorbike on which her cage was placed. It's really sad that she died on the early part of the book. But her life was well spent and i'm sure she's happy wherever she is. To Hedwig, you are sorely missed but will always be remembered and forever alive in the hearts of HP fans.

Early Christmas List

August 9, 2007

Thanks to CouponChief for reminiding us that the holiday season is just a few months away. First Halloween, then Thanksgiving, and before you know it, Christmas is here! “Don't worry, CouponChief is here for you”. So goes the tag line for Coupon Chief. I’m not big on gifts on Halloween and Thanksgiving but Christmas is another thing. I’m making a mental list on the gifts that I would give my family for Christmas. I don’t want to relive the panic buying that I experienced last year. This year I want to carefully plan in advance.I’m thinking of a shirt using Gap coupon for my dad and a ebags cuopon for my mom since she loves collecting bags. I might be also getting shirts for my brothers and for their wives.  Watches for my nephews and niece and some dog blings for our pet dogs. Now that I have made my list I’ll start the actual shopping online soon so I can avail of the coupon deals.

Josh Hartnett

I'm not really much of a fan but ever since I learned that he will be shooting near our city and actually saw him in person…i'm officially smitten! Well who wouldn't? With his ruggedly handsome looks.I'm still drooling til' now hehehe He was here for a week to shoot his upcoming movie I come with the rain at the mountains of Diwalwal, Davao del Norte.I will definitely watch that movie not only because of Josh but also the plot is intriguing and i love the fact that Hollywood is collaborating with Asia.It is directed by Anh Hung Tran, a vietnamese. The movie was also shot in other Asian countries such as Hongkong. Finally, the world has recognized the wealth of talent in our movie industry.
